Orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within New Zealand, and 4-10 working days for all international orders. Shipping Costs/ETA will vary for Custom Style Bundles.

All product is sourced by hand, or pre-picked from our overseas suppliers. All sizing information provided is based on the items sizing specifications and our own personal measurements to keep it as accurate as possible!
All items are washed and steamed before listing, but minor imperfections due to their secondhand nature are to be expected. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and be sure to check the description of items for any noticeable flaws!

RETURNS
SINGLE ITEM RETURNS
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, not from the date of delivery. This minimises the risk of items being worn/used before returning (as it should be a decision that you make upon opening the parcel, not after wearing it!)
Items may only be accepted for a refund if ...
- They are returned within the delivery timeframe stated above.
- They are in sellable condition, meaning that they have not been worn, washed or used in any way.
- They are deemed faulty by the customer in any way that was not already disclosed by Mad Secondhand before purchase.
- The sizing is not as disclosed by Mad Secondhand before purchase, this includes both sizing and measurements provided.
Items may not be accepted for a refund if ...
- You wish to return for 'change of mind' as this is why we provide detailed descriptions, measurements and try-on photos (in most cases).
- This item is not the correct size, but does match the sizing and detailed measurements provided by Mad Secondhand (we provide detailed measurements so that you can be sure that the items will fit before purchasing).
PSA All items that are returned for a refund, will be refunded with shipping costs deducted. This may differ from the price paid upon purchase, as shipping typically costs between $10-$30 depending on the location/weight/size of the order.
STYLE BUNDLE RETURNS
Mad Secondhand DOES NOT accept returns on Custom Style Bundles. This is due to the nature of the purchase - not only does the price of a bundle cover items purchased SPECIFICALLY for the customer, but also the cost of travel, time, labour, and quality control that can not be regained in the process of a refund. Please keep this in mind before purchasing! <3
